Der Pforzheimer Unternehmer Wolfgang Scheidtweiler plant auf Schloss Kaltenstein in Vaihingen an der Enz ein Hotel und Gastronomie. Für den 73-Jährigen ist die Entwicklung eines historischen Gemäuers nichts Neues.
